To start off your duty and creativity as a camera operator, you need to turn on your camera. On how to do that, on the top of the camera, the left side which is facing you, there is a switch to activate the camera:
1. Camera
2. Off
3. Media
 We want to make sure to press the green button before trying to move the switch forward to 'Camera'. If not, then it won't be able to move. The camera would already be set on 'Off' so, just move it forward by pressing the button and holding down to move it. 

The process is simple to turning off the camera. Just as you turned it on, you will turn it off by pressing down the green button to move it back to 'Off'.
