Communication
Communication as a camera operator is key. Both the camera director and the camera operator stay in constant communication throughout the service, whether it's calling the camera shots to communicating with your fellow camera operators, communication is essential.
Our sources of communication is in every camera, the headsets. There is a headset for each camera operator. To activate the headsets, there is a 'talk box'. To turn on the talk box you need to turn the 'VOL' dial to the right. This not only turns it on but it is also your volume level to hear. To communicate and be able to speak, press and hold the 'Talk' button.
NOTE: All headsets needs to the connected to the 'MIC/HEADPHONES' input (the red input).
