Question: What does The Crossroads believe about women in ministry?
Response: We believe God calls and equips both men and women to serve, lead, and minister in the life of the Church. Throughout Scripture, God uses women in significant roles to advance His mission, and we continue to see that today. At The Crossroads, we encourage and empower women to use their God-given gifts fully for the glory of God and the good of His Church.
