Finding Space in This Old House

Pastor Norman Howell uses the picture of an “old house” that’s slowly filled to overflowing to show how our lives can get crowded with stuff, wounds, distractions, and unforgiveness until there’s “no room in the inn” for Jesus to be central. On this third Sunday of Advent, he calls the church to become spiritual minimalists letting go of what weighs down the heart, receiving a clean heart and renewed spirit, and making space for Christ’s healing, restoration, and new beginnings as we step into 2026.
