Understanding the flow of service is essential to keeping everything running smoothly. It helps the entire production team stay in sync with the pace of worship, transitions, and key moments. By knowing what happens when, you’ll be able to anticipate what’s next, adjust in real time, and contribute to a seamless experience for everyone in the room and online. 

Service Guide

Pre-Service Segment
  • Start Time:
    • Spanish: 9:15 AM
    • English: 11:15 AM
  • A fun and engaging segment that includes hosts, announcements, and games. This sets the tone for the service and welcomes viewers before the official start.

Countdown Video
  • Start Time:
    • Spanish: 9:30 AM
    • English: 11:30 AM
  • A countdown video signals the start of service and creates anticipation. This is the official lead-in to live worship.

Worship
  • A set of four songs led by different worship leaders.
  • The worship plan and song leaders can be found in Planning Center.
  • This time is energetic, expressive, and full of movement and praise.

 Pastoral Transition
  • A pastor or elder transitions the service, often through a moment of exhortation, encouragement, or prayer.
  • This bridges worship and the upcoming announcements or offering.
  • This can include a time when we do Prayer Partners (1st Sunday) and Communion (2nd Sunday).

Video Announcements
  • A short video segment highlighting upcoming events, groups, or special updates for the church.
  • This section is handled by the Online, In-House Presentation Engineers, and Live Monitor.

Offering & Confession of Faith
  • A moment dedicated to giving, including a spoken invitation to participate in tithes and offerings.
  • Followed by the Confession of Faith, where the congregation declares their trust and belief together.

 Message
  • The main sermon delivered by a pastor, elder, or guest speaker.
  • This portion of the service is centered around teaching and preaching from the Word of God.

Service Outro
  • The service ends with the spoken phrase: “Go in Peace, Love, and Victory!”
  • Immediately followed by:
    • Outro Video
    • “Thank You for Joining Us” Video
